I failed at most of it more than once — and every guardrail on the front page exists because I hit the thing it now prevents.
Guardrails first, product second — the harder order, and the one that earns trust. AI agents did the construction under my direction, to a specification I wrote and tested live, with a second model reviewing the first one’s reasoning. That’s the process. The front page is the result.
